Ingredients
100g of finished product is made from 116g of pork. Pork, pork fat, topping (Mexican topping 6%: mustard, red pepper, dried garlic, dried onion, chili pepper, dried parsley; pork gelatin, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acidity regulator: sodium acetate (E262); spices, salt, spice extracts), salt, white pepper, garlic, maltodextrin, glucose, sucrose, dextrose, glucose syrup, flavorings, color: carmine acid (E120); beetroot juice concentrate, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330). Antioxidants: rosemary extracts (E392), ascorbic acid (E300), sodium ascorbate (E301); starter cultures, preservative: sodium nitrite (E250). Before consumption, remove the clip and any remaining casing under the loop.
